Steady Professional employer rules

  • No spam or bulk outreach to students.
  • No scraping or exporting student profiles.
  • No direct student contact without permission.
  • No ghost postings — only real, open roles.
  • Use the Connect / Pass workflow for every candidate.
  • A Career Counselor may coordinate student follow-up.
  • Employers who post but aren't actively interviewing or hiring will be removed.
  • Poor interview or after-hire feedback places the employer on a probationary period.
